Bryson McCarley, Founder and Chairman of the Board
A native of West TN and graduate of MTSU, Bryson has been with State Farm Insurance for over 20 years, 17 of those as an Agent. As the owner of a State Farm Agency that services Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky and Mississippi, Bryson and his team are dedicated to helping families manage the risks of everyday life, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their dreams. With a focus on providing excellent customer service, Bryson is grateful for every family that entrusts his agency as their preferred choice for insurance and financial services. Bryson is passionate about helping his policy holders plan for their future and achieve Generational Wealth. Bryson educates and empowers policy holders to make informed decisions that can create a lasting impact for themselves and future generations.
Bryson is dedicated to giving back and has launched the Be The Good Neighbor Program to help others in his community by providing food and other support to organizations that help people. Bryson belief of being ‘blessed to be a blessing is a motto that resonates through everything they do at their office.
When he’s not at the office, you’ll find him traveling the country with his family, raising in front of a BBQ grill, supporting his fraternity or cheering for his favorite team, the TN Titans
Jen has worked with Bryson for five years and considers herself to be the Head Cheerleader and Pom-pom Shaker extraordinaire. Her background in marketing and sales combined with her passion for giving back aligns perfectly with the mission of The Bryson McCarley Foundation.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find her waiting in line to pick up her daughter from various sports or riding a bleacher cheering her on. Jen is an avid traveler (ask her how many languages she speaks) and reader and is passionate about helping people in our community. Jen also heads up our Be the Good Neighbor Program and is passionate to making our community a better place!
